Patron Services ManagerPeace CenterGreenville, SCIn conjunction with the Director of Patron Services, the Patron Services Manager is partly responsible for managing all front-of-house operations during events including house management, cross-team coordination, merchandise, patron accessibility, and guest safety. Together, they develop and maintain procedures and staffing to ensure a welcoming, safe, and accommodating guest experience.
Patron Services Manager also performs FOH staff scheduling, engages the volunteer corps to build train and retain suitable numbers to support the growing performance calendar. ESSENTIAL DUTIES (Include, but are not limited to)

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Venue Management, preferably in PACs.
• Working knowledge of life-safety, ADA, and Crowd Management compliance. Degrees or certifications in these areas are a plus.
• Experience with developing and conducting successful training programs.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Asana or Visio are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills crucial. Good written and verbal communication skills are important.
• Strong time management, organization, and task prioritization skills.
• Experience using Artsvision, VenueOps, MindBody, Ungerboeck, or other time-space-data management applications.
• Demonstrated management experience in group assemblies of 250+ at a venue. PAC experience preferred.
• Proven event-based real-time situational awareness and an understanding of how various departments' roles affect the optimal guest experience, and the presence of mind to preemptively direct staff to avoid potential problems or minimize undesirable impacts.
• Essential for this position is the implementation of exceptional guest service and a commitment to exacting standards of customer care.
• Must be able to tactfully handle challenging situations while maintaining a focus on guest experience.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to switch focal priorities without losing composure.

Essential Functions: Oversee the School’s registration and enrollment database, including program creation, event management, troubleshooting, and exploring new registration platforms Manage and maintain student records Manage the registration and payment process for School programs, including auditions, workshops, summer intensives, and camps Maintain student attendance, preparing attendance sheets for faculty and documenting in the registration database Administer school scholarship awards and act as the primary contact for all tuition assistance families, managing payment plans, scholarships, and financial aid Serve as first point of contact for SPB families and guests, collaborating with School administration to manage shared inboxes Post and process tuition, following up on billing changes and outstanding balances Track student enrollment, scholarship, and revenue, preparing reports for the School’s Administrative Director Compile and distribute daily and long-term financial reports for the School and problem solve if any errors arise Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the School’s registration software In collaboration with School administration, manage distribution of student release badges, uniforms, and other materials Provide administrative support to the School staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with general inquiries Supervisory Responsibility: None Expected Hours of Work: Registrar hours of work are primarily Tuesday through Friday 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. National Visiting Fellowship for Ballet TeachersSchool of American BalletNew York, NYThe School of American Ballet (SAB) invites U.S.-based classical ballet instructors with a proven commitment to teaching students from diverse backgrounds to apply for the National Visiting Fellows Program. Visiting Fellows are invited to attend two all-expenses-paid sessions during SAB’s Winter Term, where they observe a range of SAB classes, meet with faculty to discuss SAB’s curriculum and strategies for progression, teach SAB students and receive faculty feedback, and discuss relevant topics in dance education with administrative staff and faculty. In addition, the home school of each Visiting Fellow receives a monetary award of $5,000, to be applied to current or future diversity-related initiatives.
